Description
This mod supports the NPCs of the "New Weapons Dissemination Mod", which was not supported by the "recruitable prisoners".
The dialogue may not be consistent with the character, as it was only made to be easily supported.

@alemismun The load order should put this mod below the other two.

@mahatmadandy Actually, Oni has the same dialogue as Fogman, so maybe you can hire him with recruitable prisoners without this mod.
