100x Max Lab Settings

Description
Turns out that you can change the max settings that the Laboratory can use. This changes it so that every setting can go up towards 10000%, and unit size goes towards 100x. The image shows them with entity size 10x the normal. Max is an entirely different story.

Not sure who would actually play this with them all at max. But now you can.

So yeah.
