Partial Cloverleaf (ParClo A4) Interchange

This is a ParClo A4 Interchange. A 'service interchange', connecting a highway to a regular road network. This version has roads in all four quadrants/corners of the interchange. Traffic comming off the highway faces an intersection with traffic lights (2 steps), while traffic getting onto the highway can move uninterrupted.

- Maintenance: 472,-
- Lane mathematics are applied for a good traffic flow.
- Tip. Use the 'lane connector'- and the 'junction restrictions'-tool from TM:PE and apply the settings as shown in the screenshots to achieve the best overall traffic flow.
- Tip. Place 'timed traffic lights' at the intersections useing the Quick Setup (ctrl+click).

I've created updated versions of existing interchange types by applying 'lane mathematics'. With the use of several mods I've also managed to reduce the amount of nodes to a minimum and create smooth transitions between different road segments to create a smooth traffic flow.
