Description
Civil Growth Increase Lite Edition
Gives you an additional civil skill point per third level up.

Summary
Simple requested adjustment of an older, simple mod. You want just a few more civil skills over the course of your playthrough? Here you go.

The original was primarily made to allow Lone Wolves to enjoy the game more, as Civils are unaffected by the talent and thus can bottleneck your potential. You are naturally free to use it and this variant version for whatever the hell you want, of course.

This mod WILL affect companion characters.

Want to support the creator?
If you'd like to contact me for something, or otherwise keep up with me outside of Steam, you can typically find most of what I'm up to lately through my Carrd page.[fjarunsigr.carrd.co] Following on any of the platforms in my Carrd would be appreciated, and they're a bit more reliable to contact me through than Steam is.

How can I get help?
If you need help quickly, try contacting me on my Twitter. If you just want to tell me about a potential issue, feel free to use the Steam comments - just be aware that these are slower as the notifications are largely useless.

Do not try to create mod page discussions for help at all. They are by far the worst method, as there is no notification for when one is started whatsoever.

If and when I start actively modding again, I will see what I can do to offer alternative download options. For the moment, this is offered as-is.

That's interesting, I would have thought the 2nd level point would have been retained and the level should remain 1/4/7 etc

Not sure what the cause of that is, unless that's lost on any attempt to adjust levelling pattern.

Okay, I used Cheat commander and after reading your description, I actually misunderstood how the mod worked. I thought, it applied every 3 levels, after Lvl 2 where the second civil point is applied in vanilla.

Like you said, it actually works 1/4/7/10 and not 1/2/5/8
so the breakpoints 1/4/7/10 (mod) and vanilla 1/2/6/10 actually match up in CP granted, that's why I thought it wasn't working.
When setting lvl to 30, without the mod I had 9 CP total, with the mod I had 10. So it works perfectly fine, thank you for explaining it to me!

That is kinda curious, I don't think an update would have broken one of these mods and I don't think there's even been an update recently that could have.

Hm. Can you grab cheat commander and just level yourself up via experience one level at a time to see when you get points?

Judging by my description I'm guessing it should be like Civil points starting every 3 levels from level 1 so 4/7/10/13 and so on. If there's a vanilla bonus point at two it might have bugged to 5/8/11/14/ and so on.

Not sure as its been a while since I've interacted with this.

You're presumably on Definitive Edition, have enabled the mod in the game and haven't installed anything else that messes with civil points per level to your knowledge? If you're not sure feel free to send me your modlist and I'll check see if there's a conflict.

Hmm, for some reason I'm not getting a civil point every 3 levels, but 4 like vanilla. I am lvl 10, and I only have 4 CP (1,2,6,10).

I started a new game with the mod installed, with it at the bottom of my load order.

No problem, I'll check to see the talents idea when I get some more time as it might be somewhere in that mess of old stored files.

If you think of anything else just leave it in comments somewhere, I do try to answer requests if I can and have time to do so.

Thanks for mod.

Ah forgot to edit that bit from the copy. It should be third. The image should always be correct as I always prepare those individually while descrip gets copied in to save time and the adjusted.

Is it each level up or every third. The description says each level up.

If anyone notices something breaking, let me know - Testing has been lightweight, but the mod itself is very limited scope so that's not surprising nor unusual.

We *should* be fine, barring me missing a detail somewhere.

Ah yes, "subscribe to thread" - Hello Steam, this is my mod. Yes I would like notifications for it. Surely that should be the default setting.
