Why did i upload this additional outdated version of the mod for Stellaris 2.8.1 pre Nemesis?

Because some people might want to finish their campaign and the Nemesis update for stellaris will require a major update for ACG, which will require you to start a new game once released. So if you have an old save game with ACG just pre Nemesis released then use this mod to continue your save-game with 2.8.1.
