This works ONLINE and replace Horzine precious Helmet

Installing The Mod
Open your steam workshop in - .....\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\232090
Now, search a folder called '2443557644' or 'Nick' , next open the folder then copy 'Packages' and paste it to 'C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\My Games\KillingFloor2\KFGame\Published\BrewedPC'*

*if you don't have "published" and "BrewedPC" folder make one

@JhonUnnamed If it's not working for you after reinstalling KF2 then you have to "refresh" this mod too. I had this mod already installed and it wasn't working. I copy paste again and it's working again XD Weird problem but maybe that will help.
