Probably a whole custom piece just for that purpose.
Those structures have flat roofing typical of desert and hot weather regions where rooftops are often extensions of the building living space and 'sloped roofing' is uncommon. If you run around Sepermeru's building's roofs you will observe sup a 'lip'
You can always use interior walls or double half walls. I have an Andalusian style villa I built with Ardashir walls using Murayama tiled roofing.
I also recently made a passable Zingaran (think Iberian or Andalusian) courtyard villa by pairing with my Murayama Tiled roofing from my Northern Timber mod and using Emberlight Chroma to tint it more orange :-)
