Hidden Timer Companion

Description
The timer is designed to be used in the RTS mode of the COH board game. It has a COH themed building model.
However, the function can be useful in other games.
Press start, a random time between 3 to 4 minutes is set. Alarm would run off when the time is up.
If you would like to modify the time range, you need some basic knowledge about scripting and to change to parameter of 180 and 240 to whatever time range you would like.

change Wait.time(broadCast,time) to Wait.time(broadCast,time-1) and the broadcast will actually occur at the same time as the beep.
