This is a level 3 RICO industrial building that takes up a 2x6 area. It is based off of those found in Los Angeles's industrial areas.

Front facade is great. Considering the vast surface area of the roof it would benefit from the vents, ducts or other ac related props. I think those are best placed in the asset editor. I have read commentary from Avanya claiming if you try to place roof props in game they will sink although I havent tested myself in a while...
