The first image shows how many resources you get from 1 stone and how much you get from 1k stone, the second is the vanilla amounts you get for 1 stone and 1k stone.

1 stone give -
-0.15 Gravel
-0.30 Iron
-0.30 Nickel
-0.30 Silicon

All other resources were given 0.2 added to them, so 1 cobalt ore will give 0.2 more ingots more than vanilla of 0.3 ingots.
The time it takes to refine 1 ore as well was shortened by 0.5 seconds as well.
