[AB] Correctional Relief Gulag-WIP

The AtomBack Correctional Humanitarian Relief Vessel affectionately known as the "Correctional Relief Gulag" is a ship designed with the express purpose of humanitarian relief. Using its three reactors, the CHRV sails at flank speed from crisis to crisis, providing power,water,air, and medical supplies to stations in need.
The CHRV also makes use of penal labor, taking in convicted looters after a crisis, and then using said convicts to assist with growing and processing crops on board the internal plantation on the way to the next disaster.

This ship is a work in progress and is currently being rebalanced.
