- Furniture can easy delete, if you like other

Hey ! Can this be integrated in a collection or in a templates pack ? I'm updating my own public collection of mods and templates, and standalone templates ar now taking way to much sace for it to be easily sorted (for me) and legible (for users). Otherwise, I'll have to remove it regardless of its quality.

I think i fixed the problem with correction of the fences in 2nd floor. Feel free to give Feedback :)
