countries are limited to ~60 development
some (not all) powerful countries (france, bohemia) are opms
most of the detail is in europe/middle east (india looks untouched with bahmanis, jaunpur, bengal and vijayanagar still dominating) however ALL vassalizations seem to have been removed so there is opportunity to expand in these areas
africa seems mostly untouched as well although in my opinion africa is pretty balanced just by removing mamluks
ming has 178 dev in the south of china with control of beijing and ~10 other chinese splinter states (i havent played in china yet so idk how balanced this is)
ryukyu gets half of korea
pretty much any vanilla russian minor is now much easier (if you want to go for smolensk or nizhny novgorod or something you'll have to release it)
