adds a baggage tank to the 4th and finale of dead air

adds a police tank to the 4th chapter of death toll, 3rd chapter of no mercy

this uses Ellies map specific skin method

I was able to figure out the way the script works, except for one thing.
This is the piece of code:
$BHminY "4544"

I'm guessing BH is the name you have given to it. But i can't figure out on my own what the numbers in the quotation marks are for. Are they some kind of spawn coordinates? Please it would be a huge help if you could explain

Does this mod needs the "sv_consistency 0" command in the Console?
