Dont Steal My Hydrogen

Description
Disables connectors if built on a grid you or your faction does not own.

Become Majority owner of said grid, and your built connector will work just fine.

There's a...lets call it a bug, that lets people steal hydrogen by building a connector to a grid they don't own, and then connecting to it.

This disables the connector.
