Craftable Silver Swords

Description
My First Mod :P

I just made this cause i thought "Why the heck cant we craft silver swords? we can make a greatsword from dragon parts, but no silver sword."

Let me know if there are any problems.

1. I COMPLETELY forgot this even existed.
2. I can't remember exactly where I placed them, try misc to start.
3. Now that I have been reminded of this mod, I might try to improve it, so it doesn't suck as much.

@ravenwolf2 I think I made them able to be tempered. But if they cannot, it might be a while till I can fix it, computers dead for at least 3 more weeks.

wow. sick mod creating skill for a first mod. making something that is unnobtainable from smithing to obtainable from smithing. it takes a LOT of reserch. nice mod. subscribed.
