Report a translation problem
I also had the problem that walls wouldn't have collision after upgrading. In my recent play-trough I needed it again so I came back to this to see if it had been resolved. After that I found that saving and reloading fixed it.
I'll try upgrading them and see if the snapping works. Thanks!
As for the snapping, you need to select and upgrade the item for it to snap. The variant cannot snap, which is why you'd get those messages.
Also, if trying to connect a normal wall to the non snappable version, the closest part of the wall says "too close to another building" so it cannot be placed.
How do i solve this?
It would make it easier to place them for moving with the in-game editor though, since it's not using the snapping rules.
