Power: RTGs and batteries.
The Riptide is an anti-air battleship, all weaponry designed for taking down aircraft and airships. All weapon shells have a large explosive radius with a timed fuse. The Riptide has a 1m torpedo belt along the mid-section of the craft, making the armor essentially 2m thick there to protect the internals.
