OWB anime mod: Old World Waifus

This submod replaces every portrait, loading screen, and events from Old World Blues to anime.
Not trying to be 100% canonical with the replacements, although I tried to edit the main factions as lore-friendly as possible. Some exceptions were made for the ghouls and super-mutants.
Also, this mod adds more unique generals to the main factions, for the most part. So you can find new leaders on White Legs, New Canaan, Washington Brotherhood, Republic of Rio Grande, New Reno, and many others!
I will be updating regularly, so expect more to come in future updates.
