Presenting the thirty-second skin in my very first collection, the XM1014 | Rising Tide!

Although the model of the XM was very easy to work with, designing this gun was quite a challenge compared to the rest. The gun has so little vertical surface area that I really had to experiment to figure out how to fill out the space. In the end though I found a design I was happy with, and I hope you like it too!

Ever since my SCAR-20 skin in this collection I have begun using two tones in my neutral-coloured areas. You can see on the front and rear end of the gun a subtly darker shade of blue being used as an accent colour. This is part of my continuing effort to find small ways of detailing my designs to make them look more fleshed out, since if I’m drawing the same thing 34 times I might as well make a constant effort to improve its presentation.
