He came out of nowhere ... It is not known who he is ... Okay, let me tell you. Mateusz from Spalona is a mysterious agent (so mysterious that no one has heard him speak yet) sent to this cursed place to make life difficult for the mayor by destroying the power grid throughout the city. As a result, many people (and beasts) would kill him if they could. He's just a master of ambushes, and thanks to his sense of recognition, he knows every corner of the city. However, there is a problem - his superiors forgot to equip him with a pistol, which left him with a useless silencer, sight, improved trigger and enlarged magazine.

Przyszedł znikąd... Nie wiadomo kim jest... No dobra, powiem wam. Mateusz ze Spalonej to tajemniczy agent (tak tajemniczy, że jeszcze nikt nie słyszał go mówiącego) wysłany do tego przeklętego miejsca aby utrudnić życie burmistrzowi niszcząc sieć zasilania w całym mieście. Przez to wiele ludzi (oraz bestii) gdyby tylko mogło wyprułoby mu flaki. To po prostu mistrz zasadzek, a dzięki swojemu zmysłowi rozpoznania zna każdy zakątek miasta. Jednak jest pewien problem - jego przełożeni zapomnieli wyposażyć go w pistolet przez co pozostał mu bezużyteczny tłumik, celownik, ulepszony spust i powiększony magazynek.
