Description

I present to you... Ballsack head.

In all honesty this was my first ever playermodel humanoid so its not the best, only uploaded it because I was asked to, it works perfectly fine and its only 7k tris (regular combine PMs are 4.5k and a regular workshop pm can go up to 20k) so its not resource intensive, the textures are 2k.

The NPC is just a vanilla combine so you don't need any gross NPC base to keep stuff on the downside.

The PM does NOT have c_hands because you don't want them lmao.

The eyes don't glow in the dark because I couldn't be arsed, sorry. Will update it if people actually like the model for some reason.

I have a feeling the head is just a surgically implanted helmet, although its goofy as all hell I feel like it's more or less "Special" forces stuff, maybe it's like a suppressors mask, more depth perception at the cost of looking like you're wearing an elephants ballsack
