ONE of the early versions actually. There are a lot more than this one, and way older ones. There is even one that can be seen during gameplay from the original build back in 2011 when the game used to be in Cell-shading and Hat Kid used too look like a Wind Waker character.

though there is a giant default material decal on floor 2, near the rift gate
