Polis (Official)

Description
Polis is a two-player civ-lite game set in the beginning of the conflict between the two major poleis of the 5th century B.C: Athens and the Delian League against Sparta and the Peloponnesian League.

Both players must secure their supplies and the routes to five markets to trade with them. Every turn you get goods from a territory where you have population supporting your Empire, but you should feed them.

You can fight to control the territories and siege other polis or you might use your diplomacy to convince a polis to join your league. But polis are proud of their independence so you will have to create some projects to gain prestige needed for your military manoeuvres.

This mod is setup with English language assets by default. Cards and reference sheets en español are available in the green bag.

Seems to be working now, thanks.

OK I think it's fixed now. Thanks for spotting this - unclear what happened in the years since it was last updated. Let me know if it's working.

The asset will be there for you because it's cached. The link I posted was the current version in the mod on the workshop. I wasn't using a save, I was using the backup tool to look at the live mod. I just opened tts to try it again and yes, the link I posted is in the mod and is dead. You should open it on your end, find that link, and replace it with the one you just shared. TTS mods don't update their links unless you update the workshop mod.

Are you loading from an old save maybe? That asset is the graphic for the back of some of the cards on the table - it's juts the game's logo. But the URL you have is outdated. If I load a fresh game from the workshop everything is fine and the asset is there - no errors or missing graphics.

The new URL for that file is:

http://cloud-3.steamusercontent.com/ugc/1635326581455613926/E0005BF8D9B0BCBA680ACC6CA76EFD536FEF9FCA/

If you have a local save that you need to load for some reason you could always grab the PNG from there and manually map it to your save. I was only able to figure out what it was because I did a file search through my old saves and found it there.

I don't know, but there should be a file in your TTS install with this name, you can upload it again on the same asset and update the mod.

Hmm strange. I haven't removed anything from my Steam Cloud. Can you tell which asset it should be?
