Ever wondered what upward would be like as plr? no? well, uhh...

PLR_upward is a map that spawned from an image stuffy360 posted on the tf2maps discord, they didnt plan on making it real, so i did!

generally speaking: this map will most likely be sniper hell... i have not had it tested yet so itll be updated from here to try and fix that a bit
