[PHOTON] Duluth, MN Police Pack (v2.0)

Description
Serving since 1870, the Duluth Police Department has been the local police force for the city of Duluth, Minnesota and has been doing their jobs with the best of their abilities since foundation, and does their best to keep the community safe and friendly for everyone involved.

Duluth has three main vehicles out on patrol at all times, Dodge Chargers, 2016 FPIUs and 2020 FPIUs, with a few specialty vehicles, such as the Tactical Response Team truck, as well as the Crime Scene Investigation Unit.

Federal Signal Vipers
Federal Signal Quad Flares
and SoundOff Intersectors

Vehicles included:
- Two Chargers, #25 and number #81 (Skins 4 and 5)
- Two 2016 FPIUs, #27 and #56 (Liveries "duluthfpiu27" and "duluthfpiu56")
- Two 2020 FPIUs, #26 and #34 (Skins 8 and 9)
- Two 2019 Tahoes, #10 and #29 (Skins 1 and 2)
- One Crime Scene Investigation unit (Skin 1)
- One CONCEPT Tactical Response Team unit (Skin 7)

Sirens Tones:
- Whelen Gamma for all but the TRTU
- TRTU uses Federal Signal "New EQ2B"

Thats very appreciated, here's some links if you need 'em, which you probably won't use until you feel like it and I absolutely respect that. https://www.policecarwebsite.net/westside/superior.htm this link is mostly the 90s-2010s. We have a new livery thats still being reviewed and some cars are using it, but I can't find a link for that.

I'll do my research and develop that when I get the chance considering Superior is so close, not to mention Duluth recently started running Dodge Durangos in their lineup so I might start to create those as well

Superior is always in the shadow of Duluth, can we please get some Superior Police and Superior Fire? Its where I'm from.
