Res L3_3x2_Craftsman

One of a collection of numerous Level3 residential homes that will create a modestly nice residential area. I have tried to make lots of variety between houses in this series so that you don't see obvious repeats of houses in your subdivision.

This house is Level 3, 3x2, with 4 colour variations. It will grow into a 3x3 or 3x4 lot as well, as per usual.

The model is from Greyflame's workshop; his excellent "PNW 2x2 Res Craftsman Bungalow" model. I have just resized the lot, changed the level to L3 (Greyflames original is L1) and done minor redecoration using stock/vanilla props.
