Took the base mod and added:
Mancers of the University.
Festival of Masks.
Summer Break.
Promo Pack #1.
Empyrial Promos.

Setup script did break, but it wasn't that useful anyway.

- Scenario Cards

The scenario cards aren't present currently as my group doesn't use them. If I get time I will add them at some point.
