Thunder Hawk Gunship

An Imperial Fist Thunder Hawk gunship. While considerably smaller than any star ship, these rapid assault ships are capable of absurd speeds and firepower. A significantly smaller crew is required to operate this, and allows for early game advancement. Warhammer 40,000 may say "this will never fly", and they're right... it dives.

The Thunder Hawk is one of the smallest ships on the market, and only needs 2 or 3 players to pilot effectively, but has room for up to 5.

The intent for this is that now with ship classes and starting costs, we're all running extremely low on options when it comes to what to start with. Either ships cost way too much, or people aren't updating their clasifications.

The Thunder Hawk is clasified as a scout ship, and only costs about 3,400
Though for that cheep price, it comes packed with power:
- X movement speed tops off at a staggering 70 and can accelerate to 60 in but a few seconds
- Y movement speed tops off at 20
- 2 bolter guns on the bottom ends, allowing for complete coverage of anything below you
- 1 railgun on the bridge to take out anything in front of you

While it's completely vulnerable on the top, the maneuverability should allow for repositioning in fights, allowing for skilled pilots to effectively 'dogfight' in the water. If you're having a rough time, you can always escape the fight as well. In fact, this ship is capable of clearing mission distances faster than most.

Though space is limited, so be careful with your supplies as you wont be able to store everything, and there may not be a spot for everything you want. This is a ship strictly for early game, and may not be suitable for large scale fights...
