it is upto date but recruits and construction doesnt work for me though

hello, I updated the mod, can any body confirm if it shows update to date, as the steam page is not reflecting the same.

also, if any faction is not having getting the updated one turn research, building, recruiting , please inform.

Only the research changes work for me. Playing the Empire Divided campaign.

does this mod still works. I want to have a bunch of battles against the AI but it takes forever for them to build a army never mind a decent one. one turn training for both AI and player will be magnificent. Please someone answer me soon.
