Description
XIR (AKA Running Men) is a fast-paced coop PvE loot and shoot system with a "Running Man" theme. Contestants are dropped unarmed into a deadly gameshow and must find gear to fight off Goons, Enforcers, Exterminators and Celebrity hunters. If the contestants kill enough hunters, complete all side-missions and make it to the extraction zone, their sentences will be commuted and they can return to their struggling lives in the nightmare dystopian future world of 2020.

BASIC USE
Set up DMP as desired
Place a XIR_Core module at the starting position
Set the desired options in the module
Place XIR_Hunters modules and sync desired groups
Edit settings in XIR_Hunters modules

HUNTERS
Goons: Lightly armed low-IQ police-for-profit trash moonlighting to pay for their SSRIs. Dressed in blue and carry pistols and SMGs.
Enforcers: Well-armed low-IQ corporate enforcer trash moonlighting to pay for their HRT. Dressed in green/gray camo, armed with SMGs and rifles.
Exterminators: Very well-armed and well-armoured killers, the absolute best at making everything worse. Dressed in black, armed with powerful rifles.
Celebs: A rich and diverse array of colourful influencers whose state-sanctioned acts of violence do not violate Community Guidelines. Like and subscribe!

CUSTOM CELEBS
You can make custom Celeb hunters. Place a Celeb unit and edit its loadout in the editor. In the group tab, edit the callsign to be the name of the character.

OPTIONS
Debug: Enable/disable debug information
Hunter side: The side of enemy that will be considered hunters
Kill target: The number of hunters (enemy on the above side) that must be killed to enable extraction
Enhance player: This will give players extra speed, near-unlimited stamina, better aiming and medic abilities (makes for faster gameplay)
No execute (WIP): Attempts to prevent AI executions of players if using BIS's basic incapaciation revive system
Scatter: Scatters the playable zone by up to the value given
Use markers: Mark all players on the map
All must survive: If enabled, the mission will fail if a single player is outright killed
Random drop: If enabled, players will be dropped into a random area at the start of the mission
Cleanup distance: Any objects within this distance from the XIR_Core module will be deleted at the time specificed below (for performance reasons)
Cleanup delay: The delay in seconds before the above cleanup is run

HUNTERS MODULE
These modules will parachute groups into a random position in the zone. After they land, they will home in on the closest player. Basic usage is:
Sync groups of any type to the module
Configure the options in the module

HOW TO REPORT BUGS
If you encounter a problem, first try using the demo mission with no other mods loaded. If that works, then start adding mods until you find the conflict, then report the conflict. Vague reports such as "it doesn't work" or "I got a script error" are impossible for me to troubleshoot and I will not respond. Please provide specific information such as map and mods used, exact error messages, screenshots, etc.

Late to the party but I just found this game mode. Drongo, this is amazing! This is perfect for solo players who have a few minutes/less than a few days to jam some single player.

I took your demo mission and made a version of it that I can actually survive more than a few minutes. Added some respawn points etc and added a script to handle the player super powers on respawn as well. Next step I'm gonna try throwing in a bunch of custom goons and enforcers of my own dastardly design :)

Make sure the sides are set to hostile in the editor under Attributes>General>Independents Allegiance.

Yes please, any ports available. I hate to ask you to spoon feed the baby but these missions and frameworks are the biggest breath of fresh air since mrbrdman and Dynamic Recon/Combat Ops.

Managed to accomplish Running Men on Stratis! Took me a lot of time and practice but it's amazingly well scripted and a very challenging as well. Currently working on trying to port it to Malden 2035 but I'm no good with these things, as I'm more of a player than porter or content 'creator'.
