[TL] Hover Miner {Skel}

This is the skeleton of a Hover Miner. It doesnt have a hull but has all the elements you would need. The aim si that you could put the hull, paint and textures of choice to finish this off.

There is CPU space to be able to add a Cloning Chamber if you wish but it does have an
