Switch 9 opens two gates, a goal and a secret place.
The location of Switch 9 is as follows.
Please go under the vertical line of T and go down the stairs.
You can see the back of the pillar.

Searched all around for switch 9, didn't see it. The others were not too hard to find.
I saw hints of a secret area. Couldn't find the switch for that, either. :steamsad:

Thank you for your comment. Here are some tips for the fourth switch:
When you enter the "e" entrance of the thumbnail, go up and go to the right.
When you reach the upper right of the "e", look at the side of the scaffold at the top of the "e" and you will see the switch.
