Experor Mod - Europe Extended [1.34]

The Experor - Emperor Update Expanded Mod adds new formable and releasable nations, new cultures and many new missions and national idea groups. Furthermore, the HRE Ideas have been added as a diplomatic group of ideas. With this mod, each of the existing European ideas at the beginning has its own (country- or culture-specific) instead of generic ideas (e.g. German and theocratic ideas), and its own specific missions, if you have all the DLCs. This also applies to many releasable nations. The aim of the mod is to make playing smaller states more attractive by having each state set goals. New cultures make the game more realistic, because there were and are great cultural differences, especially in Germany.
The focus of the development was on Europe, the HRE and neighboring areas and should be further developed accordingly. For future updates, some country-specific events, even more missions and groups of ideas, other releasable and foundable nations and possibly other cultures are planned. In addition, the features are to be expanded to other continents. Wishes are welcome to be expressed.
Why did I choose those features? The changes this mod makes are, for the most part, elementary and should actually be part of the game. Some changes, like the founding of Belgium and Scythia, are more of a nice-to-have feature. On the other hand, missing missions and idea groups are particularly annoying when playing smaller nations.
The mod is completely available in German and English.

In addition, there is the diplomatic HRE idea group for all members of the Reich and the emperor.

Sapmi has also received cores in all Sami provinces, Malta received a core on Malta, Northumberland on Chester and Lancashire, Karelia on all Karelian provinces, Leon on Badajoz.

Additionally the new building "Administrative Office" (Adm-Tech 10) is available.

The mod added Baltic German as a culture in the past, with 1.9 it is integrated into the in-game Baltic German.
