Description
Superior Carry Weight Increase
We gave the main characters quite a bit of weight-lift training. They lift 1000kg now.

Summary
I decided to make some more variants of my previous Simple Carry Weight Increase (DE) mod. This mod has a similar function, with very different numbers. Namely you'll start with 1000 carry weight as opposed to 200, for those of you who want to think about carry weight as little as possible.

Want to support the creator?
If you'd like to contact me for something, or otherwise keep up with me outside of Steam, you can typically find most of what I'm up to lately through my Carrd page.[fjarunsigr.carrd.co] Following on any of the platforms in my Carrd would be appreciated, and they're a bit more reliable to contact me through than Steam is.

How can I get help?
If you need help quickly, try contacting me on my Twitter. If you just want to tell me about a potential issue, feel free to use the Steam comments - just be aware that these are slower as the notifications are largely useless.

Do not try to create mod page discussions for help at all. They are by far the worst method, as there is no notification for when one is started whatsoever.

If and when I start actively modding again, I will see what I can do to offer alternative download options. For the moment, this is offered as-is.

Now that that's been resolved in DM's,For anyone else who'd like to adjust my mods and would like the link for it: I think steam comments would filter me posting the link directly, but you can find the tool to unpack and repack most of my mods for editing purposes on the Divinity Engine wiki under the "Pak Extractor Guide" page.

They're usually pretty easy to edit after you've unpacked them unless they involve item placement as those use the actual divinity engine rather than plain text edits.

If you do edit any of my mods and want to publish it after, feel free to go ahead and do so, I don't mind. I'd appreciate a mention for pointing you the correct way so more people can see how to edit them for themselves, but other than that do whatever you like.

I'm not actively modding the game at this point, and I don't have the mod tools installed currently either to publish anything to the workshop. However, the files of this mod if you unpack it are very simple. From what I remember its actually plain text for these settings, and you can just adjust the numbers, save the file and then repack it, then you'd have a working mod that achieves what you want pretty easily.

I believe the modding wiki (divinity engine wiki) has a page somewhere with the unpacker / repacker tool or where to find it, and that'd be the only program you'd need aside from windows default notepad to adjust this mod for what you want.

Can you design a mod about DOS2 ---- start with 1100 carry weight,100 means 10 strength.

Very odd then. Assuming same campaign/save not sure what is going on there. Hopefully just the engine didn't load it fast enough last time and that's the end of it now.

Do you by any chance have mods that are affecting just you and not the team? If I remember right the carry weight code line was in a fairly large file so any mods affecting characters may edit the same file (and be overwritten by those mods) - I could be wrong though, it's been a while.

Anything that purely edits either A) the party leader or b) Ifan specifically, those may be the cause and a likely culprit. If you have anything that does so, try loading this after that so this overwrites.

With luck this will just add the carry weight adjustment back on top of the other mod. Without luck... It might just mean those two mods are fundamentally opposed, i.e made completely from the same base game file - fixing the issue in that case would probably mean needing to add the changes of one mod into the other and using just the one file.

For some reason these weight increases do work on my companions but not my main character (Ifan)
