Description
Doubles tech ,civic and great person cost in the ancient to the industrial era. Triples it in the modern, quadruples it in atomic, quantuples it in information and sextuples it in the future eras. Halves c02 increase.

It slightly increases the maximum time spend in an era before forceending it if noone has ended it by grabbing a tech in the next era yet. When increasing the minimum I found the ages would last longer than they should. This was mainly tested on quick speed, so if it feels off please let me know and maybe I will make adjustments.
