DX300

Description
Due to recent events there is a shortage in DX300 I/O Expanders.
Please design a compact temporary replacement.
Specifications can be found in the Parts Datasheets section of your manual.
In case it wasn't obvious enough: You are not supposed to use the DX300 for this.
