Cons: Brushwork and texturing - some of the buildings feel like you moved them around with texture lock off. The racetrack is really weird brushwork -- I'd imagine you tried to save brushes. Having the walls in 75 degree angle instead of blocky 90 degrees would have gived it a whole different feeling to it, resulting in something like the canals in GTA:SA. To put it in a sentence: the map feels like it was made it in a massive rush. Also I'd advise you to give credit to other people when you borrow stuff from their maps (e.g. evocity gas station here).
Hope I don't sound arrogant, I just wan to help. A bit of patience and this could be a very noteworthy downtown edit.
