The Rivals Star Collection
Rivals of Aether Extended Plus

The Rivals Expansion Project is a collection of characters dedicated to expanding the Rivals base cast.
Each of these characters are made, written and balanced around the original set of characters with stories and minimal discrepancies.

The difference of this one from the The Rivals Expansion Project is that the strict quality standard of the pack is mitigated slightly, so some otherwise characters that would not make it in will be.

The selection of characters is chosen by character viability within the game and the intention of character development.
This pack is designed to be a gateway to the Expansion Project once characters are reviewed and given a pass.
