This mod overwrites the Shared Burden living standard in the Ethics and Civics Alternative mod, completely removing the need for a democratic government type for your communist empire.

Now all you need to use Shared Burden is to be a fanatic collective, and put your trust in your empire! Now you can be the space USSR.

Oh, and it unrestricts the civic that unlocks Utopian Abundance (named to something else in this mod) so that's nice too.
