Description


BORAN
This leader has been made such that it will work with or without expansions.

Ability: Restorer of the Race of the Gods
Receive double the Envoys for completing city-state quests. Your cities receive +2 City Defense Strength and City Ranged Strength per city-state of which you are suzerain.

Improvement: Diz
Fort that yields +1 Production and +1 Culture. Ranged units exert Zone of Control when stationed on a Diz. Unlocks with the Defensive Tactics civic, and cannot be built adjacent to another Diz.

Agenda: Bānbišnān Bānbišn
Boran despises those who compete with her for city-states, and befriends those who build walls. She will attempt to curry favor with city-states.

Then you can say she's pretty broken. I like the idea of the leader ability though. Too bad it doesn't work as intended.
