As for the other mod; I dont believe it's required but if you want to deal with xml editing, finding some trailers, then individially filing that xml you can sure go that direction.
Current method provides enough variations and number of 'varied' trailers also depend on cargo load so it's more dynamic based on game cargo transport. And it requires no such editing.
If the trailer model are same for all 14 trailers, should we use Random Train Trailers and subscribe to some trailers pack?
The mod in question allows the game to randomize trailer load based on cargo type and full/empty load, i strongly recommend it to use, as majority of my trains utilize that feature.
