You may have to use the Move It mod by Quboid to fix the slopes.

Originally, it was used by terraforming the bottom so that the two roads are sunken beneath the stack. Unfortunately the asset editor does not like terrain changes so you will have to terraform a little bit as well (My suggestion is to lower the ground in between the two roads so it's one smooth slope rather than two narrow ones and adjust it to your needs. e.g. smoothen the slopes even more.

To make it work, just add the highway/one way roads to the roundabout by following your traffic e.g. exit on the right and entrance on the left if you do left hand drive and vice versa for right hand drive.
