Can it be affected by fighting skills? It's weird that the 20-level fighting skill has only a 70% hit rate.

Also wondering if it works with Yayo's combat. While I don't get any error messages I kind of feel that the influence the target mode has is rather negligible. At least after I spawned four pawns and sent my melee user to aim at their heads. The first one lost his head, great but the other three barely had any noticeable wounds on their head area until they died.

Very funny with anomaly dlc, since it allows a lot of entities to be permanently contained by removing their legs.
