Loutrie you can attach a wooden shaft to it then add a gear but u must change the mass of this block or it wont have enough power or u can do what i did which was add the shaft the modify and
tune the engine the only thing with that is because of emense power one piston must counter the fire of anouther which means one piston needs ti have uneven power to keep the chane recation going and ive done some work to it but now it locks up at a certain rpm or just throws a rod
