Storage != Outpost for Tactiic's Standalone Storage Mod

Description
This mod changes the 'creates player town' flag of the Storage buildings added by Tactiic's Standalone Storage Mod from True to False. Now, placing these storage units will no longer be enough to be considered an Outpost by the game, allowing players to build them without getting raided by Dust Bandits or bothered by mandatory Prayer Day.

NOTE: In addition, this creates new Storage exclusively for Cooked Vegetables, Foodcube and Rice Bowl. Now you can create exclusive storage for all food items.

This is a patch for Tactiic's Standalone Storage Mod. And that mod also requires Ration Packs Expanded. As such, make sure you subscribe to these two here:
