Roma and Mauryan Empire Emblems [DEI Submod]

Description
A simple retouch that should make DEI's Rome and Maurya emblems less crisp and bland.

NOTE: in order for this submod to work, you to need to place it above DEI on the mod manager load order.

Nice work! I'm also not much a fan of most of the new faction logos in DeI as I think, aesthetically-speaking, that they don't fit with the original ones next to them.
