Greater Saltback class

My first modding attempt. Adds a class for mutated humans called Greater Saltback.

The story so far is that the greater saltbacks are a race of four armed turtle-people from the salt marshes south of Qud.

The class is technically a combination of the maurader and watervine farmer with a unique sprite, but I plan on making it a more distinct class.
Mutations I pick to use with the class are carapace and multiple arms.
