Main Base
- Updated Base (New Materials, Little Edits, Extension, More Optimised)
- Generator connected to city lights (If the generator is turned off the whole city loses power)
- When Generator is turned off the base goes into back up power (All sirens go on and red lights come on)

I am mainly looking to see the glitches with Rishi be fixed and to see the area outside of the city be fleshed out. I would be more then willing to elaborate if you like
