I see now that it was the original image that's grainy. Thank you for adding the effect it's a nice feature to have.

The original image was already quite grainy, that's why I initially added the effect to accentuate the atmosphere. Nonetheless, I've put out an update that allows the user to toggle the grain effect, let me know if that looks better!
